First of all, the lens camera gets its name by combining Smart-phone with cyber-Shot and boasts of in lens stabilization. And for those who are wondering which phones will it be compatible with, allow us to tell you that it can work with Android as well as iOS mobile devices.

Prospective users will be required to download the Playmemories application on their respective phones and it has also been found out that a new version of the app is already being tested. Wi-Fi or NFC can be utilized for connection purposes. It will be possible to control the camera’s zoom, exposure, focus or white balance right from the connected mobile phone.
And what’s more, the images and videos captured using the lens camera will be saved on the smartphone as well as the memory card inserted in the former.
