These days all popular web programs are coming up with their smartphone app, for easy access. AdSense being one of the last product from Google, to release an official app for iOS. AdSense team quietly pushed out an official iOS app for AdSense. Till now, there are few unofficial iOS apps were available for AdSense, but with the release of official app, AdSense users can enjoy the power of checking AdSense report on their smartphone.
AdSense for iOS is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. You need to have iOS 6.0+ to enjoy this official app. This is a free app, and can be downloaded from official app store page over here. I have just downloaded and installed this app on my iPhone 5, and the reporting feature looks pretty sleek. Specially, if you are one of those who like to check your AdSense report daily, you will love to have this app on your iPhone or iPad.
This apps come with minimum features, and most of them are related with checking reports. You can check reports using:
- Top channels
- Top URL Channels
- Top sites
- Top Ad units
There is no option to configure any AdSense settings from this app setting page. If you happened to have multiple AdSense account, you can use this app to quickly switch between your different AdSense accounts, and check the reports. Here are some of the screenshots of this app:
